Shipping:

We ship orders via Australia Post Regular Mail and Australia Post Eparcel for non urgent orders, our express service is via Australian Air Express and courier service is available within Brisbane via Couriers Please.

Shipping Charges:

Our shipping charges are quite reasonable as we don't believe in selling at minimal margin and then charging our customers through the nose for shipping. Shipping for small orders is generally best via Auspost, our mimimum charge for this service is around the $8 mark for anything up to 250gr depending on your location, this of course includes packaging and handling. Shipping then increases depending on the total weight of your order.

Shipping via AAE overnight can be one of the best ways to get your order shipped, it is secure and trackable and our flat rate is $16 for anything up to 3kg or $19 for orders up to 5kg. You will receive an automated email from AAE containing tracking information on the day of dispatch. AAE is happy to ship to P.O. Boxes as well.

PLEASE NOTE: We will get charged extra by AAE if a customer is not at home when they attempt to deliver your order so we urge customers to try and be present on the day of delivery. If no one can be present on the day of delivery and you have a secure spot in which the parcel can be left please advise us and we can then authorise AAE to leave the parcel at your address. Better yet, why not get it delivered to your or a friends workplace?

Couriers Please within Brisbane is charged at a flat rate of $10 and we are happy for customers to use their own coupons should they deal with Couriers Please themselves.

If you would like to get a shipping quote before you place your order please send us an email to sales@coolpc.com.au advising the products you'd like to purchase and your location. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as we can.

Payment:

Payment can be arranged via MasterCard or Visa (sorry we do not accept Diners or Amex), Direct Deposit (this is our prefered method) or lastly Money Order. We do not offer a COD service, however if you'd like to have the security of paying at the Post Office you can send us a Money Order after placing your order, we will then dispatch your products as soon as it has been received.

WE DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE! (However as previously stated we prefer payment via direct deposit if possible)
